The Partnership for Floyd decided to join our community to participate in the Christmas Parade on Sunday, November 27, 2016.  The theme was ” A Farmer’s Christmas.”

Ken Cundiff (top) dolled up “Big Red”, his antique red flatbed farm truck. Mitch Cundiff rode shotgun and Karin Grosshans helped get the truck into parade position. Dede McGrath supplied stuffed animals & Jane Cundiff decorated the farm-cut local pine with red peppers, straw ornaments and lights. Barbara Pleasant added a Mrs. Christmas scarecrow.

Kamala Bauers brought kazoos.

We had a fun time "playing" Christmas carols on the kazoos as we rode through town and waved to our Floyd friends & neighbors along the way.
